World War Z-Word?

I've only just caught this story of what looks like a hasbara effort that could be going seriously wrong.  It's the movie of the book, World War Z. Here's the wikipedia entry on what it's about:
World War Z is an upcoming post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Marc Forster and written by Matthew Michael Carnahan. It is based on the novel of the same name by Max BrooksBrad Pitt stars as Gerry Lane, a worker at the United Nations, as he searches the globe for information that can stop the zombie outbreak that is bringing down nations.
Sheesh, scary stuff.  Let's look at the plot from the book:
Although the origin of the zombie pandemic is unknown, the story begins in China after a young boy is bitten; he becomes the pandemic's "patient zero". The Chinese government attempts to contain the infection and concocts a crisis involving Taiwan to mask their activities. The infection is spread to other countries by the black market organ trade and by refugees, before an outbreak in South Africa finally brings the plague to public attention.
As the infection spreads, the State of Israel is the only country to take the reports of zombies seriously, initiating a nationwide quarantine and closing its borders to everyone except uninfected Jews and Palestinians.
Now let's look at the trailer:

See from 2:05, the "zombies" clambering over the wall - yes that wall - and being mown down.

Subtle, huh?

Oh, I've just realised something.  See that line again:
Israel is the only country to take the reports of zombies seriously, initiating a nationwide quarantine and closing its borders to everyone except uninfected Jews and Palestinians.

A Hollywood movie starring Brad Pitt posits a right of return for Arabs and Jews?  I love a happy ending but for some reason the whole project is held up for reshooting so where, or when, will it all end?
