Woops, the UK is still not quite a safe haven for war criminals

Sorry all. According to AJP in the comments box to the previous post, the UK is yet to change its rules on universal jurisdiction and so Israeli war crimes suspects, like say Tzipi Livni, still can't set foot in the UK unless they want to risk the indignity of leaving the country without even breathing the fresh Heathrow air, like that Almog chappie.
